After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with total charges and purchase information.
Q: Can I track my order?
Q: Do you charge Sales Tax? We currently charge 8.25% sales tax to orders and shipments made to California residences only.

Q: Where do you ship? We ship both domestically and internationally. Please check our country list below to see if we ship to your country. **Please note that all International Orders must be shipped to matching billing address. Q: When will my order be shipped? We ship out primarily with USPS and Fed Ex. Orders are processed on the same or next business day of receipt of order and ground domestic orders will be delivered within 5-10 business days of placing your order. ***International Orders take longer to deliver. Our operating hours are Monday-Friday Excluding Holidays and Weekends. We do our best to ship out items as quickly as possible. If you need your item sooner, you can have it sent rush express delivery for an additional charge. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Fashionbliss.com with your tracking number.
Q: What are your shipping charges? For Domestic and International orders, we use a flat shipping and handling fee based on the total merchandise value. This includes delivery confirmation. Express Shipping is an additional fee. In some cases, we will add on shipping charges for heavy packages where additional shipping fees were needed. Please see charts below for shipping charges.

Q: Are there any additional charges for International Orders? For International Orders, customers are solely responsible for applicable customs and import duties and taxes of the destination country. Because these duties vary by country, Fashion Bliss cannot determine what these fees will be. For more information on these fees, please contact your local customs office. Fashion Bliss uses best efforts to calculate these fees in advance as a convenience to our customers however, any shortages in shipping, handling or customs duty fees after merchandise has shipped will be charged to the customer's credit card.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
Q: What is your Return Policy? All Sale and Jewelry items are FINAL SALE items. FINAL SALE items CANNOT be returned or exchanged. ** PLEASE NOTE that all SALE and Jewelry products are a FINAL SALE. For all other items, we offer a 14 day store credit (from ship date) or refund on items purchased at Fashionbliss.com. These items can be returned for a refund Minus Shipping and Handling Charges and gift wrapping charges (if applicable). Item must be returned as received in exact same condition with all tags and packaging (if applicable) attached. Items not returned with original tags or packaging will not be accepted for return or store credit, or you may be charged a restocking fee. You will be given a refund for returned items Minus Shipping and Handling Charges and gift wrapping charges (if applicable). For returnable items received after 14 days and no later than 30 days (of ship date), you will automatically receive an online store credit. No Exceptions Please. **All tranasactions will be denominated in US Dollars and No Adjustments will be made for currency fluctuations. For Gift Returns, customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping and handling charges.
Q: Where do I send my return?
If you would like to return an item, please e-mail us at customerservice@fashionbliss.com and let us know that you will be returning/exchanging an item. Please also include a copy of your invoice or packing slip included with your package. Please explain reason for return/exchange on copy of invoice/packing slip with your item. Item must be returned within 14 days and be shipped with Signature Confirmation and Insurance. We are not responsible for packages that may get lost in the mail.

Q: When will my credit card be refunded? After we receive and process the return, your credit card will be refunded within 10-14 business days. Please note that your credit card company may take longer to register the return within your account.
Gift Services
Q: Do You Gift Wrap Items? Yes. For an additional $6.00 per item, we will wrap your item in a signature Fashion Bliss pink gift box with tissue and ribbon. We will also include a note card with a personalized message upon request. Please specify message in checkout process. The recipient will receive a blank invoice with return/exchange information. **PLEASE NOTE THAT LARGE ITEMS SUCH AS SHOES & LARGE HANDBAGS CANNOT BE GIFT WRAPPED AT THIS TIME**
Q: How do I purchase a Gift Certificate? Gift certificates are available online in the gift category section. We offer gift certificates in the predetermined dollar amounts featured on our website. Just add the gift certificate to your cart and then proceed to checkout for purchase. * PLEASE NOTE: Gift certificates do not automatically ship. You may access your account to print a color copy of your gift certificate for presentation. . If you would like your gift certificate to be sent, please contact us via email at customerservice@fashionbliss.com during business hours and we will be happy to send one to the recipient. There are no delivery charges for gift certificates.
Q: How do I use my Gift Certificate? You must first be registered on the website to redeem your gift certificate. When you are checking out, you will be able to enter your gift certificate number in the “redeem your gift certificate” field. This will automatically deduct the full amount of the gift certificate from your order total. If your gift certificate is more than the total purchase, the total purchase amount will be deducted from your gift certificate, and you will be able to use the remaining amount for future Fashionbliss purchases.

Q: Do you have other sizes available in stock? The items on our website are available only in the sizes that are listed on the website. If we get other sizes in the future, it will be clearly noted next to the item description. Q: Do you do special or custom orders? Yes, depending on the brand, we can certainly order you a style and size that may not currently be on our website. Please email us at customerservice@fashionbliss.com to inquire. Q: Item Availability On some instances, you may order an item that may be out of stock at the time and on back order. If this happens, you will be notified by email if the item you purchased is currently out of stock. We will make all adjustments to your purchase and invoice.
Q: What is a Preorder item? A preorder or back ordered item is an item that you purchase in advance. Your credit card will be automatically charged to guarantee you item delivery.
